Jesús Ramírez Tapia is a first-generation Mexican American living in New York City and Western Massachusetts. He is majoring in Latinx and Latin American Studies & Political Science at Amherst College, with plans to attend Law School.
He began his photographic journey at the prestigious Brooklyn Technical High School, where he first attended a Photography Club Meeting and instantly fell in love with the craft.
His Photographs showcase daily life and the beauty of urban landscapes. Currently, he is working on a project centered on Mexican Religion and Politics, with hopes to complete it by the end of 2024.
His work consists of both Digital and Analog, although the latter is his preferred photo creation method.
